About my Services
I have over fifteen years of experience offering my services to those who are affected by the modern ills of our times: stress, insomnia, and worry. My specialty is creating openings and possibilities to those who feel stuck or who are anxiously just "getting by." We answer the questions why did I get here, how can I heal my physical body, and how do I have "peace" of life.
Depending on your needs, I work with the 5-elements spiritual/emotional/physical acupressure, Jin Shin Jyutsu® , and on the aura, your energetic field. Since 2007, I have been applying a unique approach to energy healing combining touch, color, light, and sound therapies.
My education as a healer began in 2002 and includes training in the meridian pathways and acu-points of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) (specifically the Eight Parameters as well as the Five Elements) at the Body Therapy Center (now McKinnon BTC) in Palo Alto, California. I have also studied the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu Acupressure for over ten years under the faculty in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since 2006, I have incorporated the Aura-Soma® Color Care System and use of Acutonics® planetary tuning forks to access the meridians and chakras of the body. Trained in both the U.S and the UK, at the Art and Science International Academy of Colour Technologies (ASIACT), I am a certified Aura-Soma practitioner.

Jin Shin Jyutsu ® (JSJ)
Jin Shin Jyutus (R) is an ancient healing art that uses the body's innate wisdom to promote health, vitality, and healing. The art is practiced by taking your pulse and placing my hands on areas of your body (over clothing) that will balance and restore your body's energy flow and address your health projects (such as stress, headaches, digestive issues, etc.) JSJ is a great stress-reliever and brings the body into a deep state of relaxation. During your initial consultation I will guide you through a completely customized self-selection session of the Equilibrium bottles. Trust your intuition, the colors you are drawn to are the colors you need. Together, we will review your chosen colors and explore their meanings in the context and depth of your own journey to discover which of our products are best suited to help build and maintain happiness and vitality in your every day.

An Astro-Color consultation is also available. This session will include a look at your natal astrology chart, exploring the colors of your birth chart, their meaning and significance, and looking at current transits (challenges) affecting your chart now, and using color to see your way through them.

Sound Healing
Healing with tuning forks provides a way to clear blockages through sound vibrations. Tuning forks used are precision-calibrated to produce the sound of the heavenly bodies--Earth, Sun, Moon, and planets--based on orbital properties. Each fork has its own vibration and healing signature; for example, the Moon fork is cooling and reduces inflammation, while the Sun fork is heat-generating and penetrates muscles. Through tuning forks, get in touch with your relevant astrological archetypes to balance emotions and clear trauma. Forks are also placed on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acu-points along meridian pathways to address health concerns and work especially well if you are experiencing insomnia.
